Room for rent in our loft- Williamsburg

Room for rent in our loft, for the month of August:

The room (pictures attached, as previously decked out) is 258 sq. feet and has huge windows offering a great view of the NYC skyline and the Williamsburg Bridge.

The rent is $1,175 plus internet and electricity which come to about $40 a month.
Wireless internet $9/month. The loft is located at 338 Berry St. (South 5th and Berry St.), 8 mins. walk from the L train station (Bedford Ave.) and 5 mins from the Marcy stop on the JMZ.





There are 4 rooms (everyone has their own room):
A fashion photographer (26,male,straight), journalist (31,male,straight), and assist photo editor/photographer (26,male,gay)

The common area speaks for itself, huge open space, lots of light.
The loft has one bathroom, a kitchen and 2 storage closets, and is in total 2800 square feet.

We are mellow ppl, fun, creative, respectful, reliable, busy, and career oriented... We would love to find like minded individual.

Beautiful babes

Today I cast some babes for an editorial we have next Tuesday. This is a first time client, and they seem to be specific about what they want, but, here a few that I chose, from today.

Anastasia Khodina
I've shot her a few times for look books and catalog. This girl is one of my favs that I've shot, she moves like no other. Anastasia is experienced, funny, adorable (if you don't piss her off!), and a quick worker. Love her.

Kim Cloutier
Kim is super sweet and naturally stunning. Canada babe. She has perfect skin, a great chin, nice chest, and a good attitude.

Anastasia Krivosheeva
Russian bombshell baby! Anastasia is toooo cute. Rockin body, great lips, eyes, and moves almost every frame. She will do well! Love her.


Yuri
OMG, lovvvve this kid! Might be a new muse. NY, born and raised, street, attitude.
Campaign baby...?


Ross Higgins
Can we say Fifth Element?! HOT. He loves the camera, as we love him.


Roy
Punchy blue eyes and great face...His face will be seen a lot.

Today I cast Ashley Smith. Those teeth, INCREDABLE! Ashley is an 18 yr old Texan, 3 weeks fresh, to NYC. Possible new muse?...

4th of July- Lake House.

So, we just returned from an amazing weekend at a great friend's lake house. The weekend consisted of adorable little babies crawling around, canoes tipping over, ipods and camera's absorbing lake water, whole lot of whiskey/tequila/lake beer, tents, BBQ, laughing, fireworks, 15 passenger van, late night dance off's, theory on life, and nature.
This weekend was yet another reminder of all the great people in our life and new friends, that will easily be long termer's ;) Below are a few photos to fill you in on some of this weekend's moments.
