Wireless internet $9/month. The loft is located at 338 Berry St. (South 5th and Berry St.), 8 mins. walk from the L train station (Bedford Ave.) and 5 mins from the Marcy stop on the JMZ.
The deposit is first and last's (total deposit $2,350).
The 2nd room is $650/month and smaller, without windows.
The rooms is by no means "small"... built in loft storage in room, so ALL you junk can go up there ;)
